We have two levels of subscriptions that might suit your needs, our business subscription lets you install DOCman on five WordPress websites and our agency subscription lets you install it on unlimited WordPress websites, just choose the subscription that suits you (you can always upgrade at a later date).

No, at the moment we are working with paying customers who are willing to give us feedback on how to further improve DOCman for WordPress, so are focussing on a commercial version first.
