DOCman is a WordPress plugin. In order to use DOCman you just need to have a self-hosted WordPress site. That’s it.
Do I need coding skills to use DOCman?
No, of course not. You can set up your WordPress documents repository without any coding knowledge whatsoever it's one of the most beginner friendly WordPress plugins available.
Will DOCman slow down my website?
In a word, no. DOCman is carefully built with performance front-and-centre. DOCman is developed with best practices and modern standards this ensures that things run smooth and fast.
Is DOCman translation ready?
Yes, DOCman is translated into 47 languages and adding a new language is very simple, you're welcome to join our army of translators on transifex.

Yes you can use DOCman on client sites. We have two levels of subscriptions that might suit your needs, our business subscription lets you install DOCman on five WordPress websites and our agency subscription lets you install it on unlimited WordPress websites, just choose the subscription that suits you (you can always upgrade at a later date).
Is there a free version of DOCman?
No, at the moment we are working with paying customers who are willing to give us feedback on how to further improve DOCman for WordPress, so are focussing on a commercial version first.
