How do I cancel a subscription?

You can cancel your subscription from the Subscriptions page in your Joomlatools Dashboard. Click on the active subscription that you want to cancel, then cancel it.

Please be aware that cancelling your subscription means that you will no longer get support from us, nor can you get updates for our extensions effective immediately upon cancellation. Updates protect you against security vulnerabilities, potential plugin conflicts and incompatibilities with future Joomla core versions.
