How do I disable auto-renewals?

To disable automatic renewals for a subscription go to the Subscriptions page in your Joomlatools Dashboard and cancel the specific subscription that you don’t want to renew.

Once cancelled the subscription will run until the end of its term and it will not auto-renew. You will still receive an email from us to inform you to manually renew the subscription 15 days before your subscription expires.
