Configuring LOGman
Last updated: 15 April 2021The LOGman settings screen lets you configure the extension to your specific needs. The following parameters are available:
Log user logins and logouts
You can select whether or not to Log user logins and logouts. Enabling this feature is not recommended for sites with a large number of users, your logs will get flooded with login activities.
Maximum days to store activities
You can set a custom Maximum days to store activities number, the default is 90 days. Any activities older than supplied here will be deleted automatically.
Analytics & SEO
Enable URL logging
You can select whether or not to Enable URL logging. If set to yes, LOGman will log content URLs and automatically enable 404 re-directs to the latest URLs.

Enable impressions logging
You can select whether or not to Enable impressions logging. If set to yes, LOGman will log content impressions, aka page hits, which may then be analyzed in the admin analytics view
Users and groups
LOGman lets you choose whether or not to Log activities from guest users, and select Ignored Groups, actions from users that belong to ignored groups will not be logged.
Permissions
The Permissions settings are for advanced use only, they allow you to configure which usergroups can access LOGman's administrator component and delete old logs.
Integrations
The Integrations setting allows you to fine tune LOGman to your site's needs. You can choose exactly which extensions you want to log actions for. LOGman supports Joomla's core extensions and all Joomlatools extensions by default, as well as some other third party extensions thanks to its well-documented developer API.
