Configuring LEADman

The LEADman settings screen lets you configure the extension to your specific needs. The following tabs and parameters are available:

The lead generation form

You can tailor the lead generation form to suit your website's needs, you can choose the following options:

Track lead submissions

LEADman lets you track lead submissions in the contact form, articles, and DOCman documents with Piwik and Google Analytics.

Title

You can choose whether or not to set and display a title for your lead generation form.

Message

You can choose whether or not to set and display a custom message, to your site's visitors, above the lead generation form.

Thank you message

You can choose whether or not to set and display a custom thank you message to your site's visitors, once they have completed the lead generation form.

Form fields

LEADman lets you choose exactly which data to collect from your site's visitors. You can choose which form fields display and which ones are required. The available form fields are:

First Name
Last Name
Phone
Street
City
State
Postal code
Country
Comment
GDPR

You can choose whether or not to set and display a custom GDPR Notice to your site's visitors. If you choose to show a custom notice then an opt-in checkbox will be displayed on your form along with the notice.

Articles

Apply to all article categories

You can select whether or not to apply the lead form to all article categories. If you set this parameter to No, remember to select the article categories that you do want to show the lead form on.

Display on articles subcategories

You can select whether or not to display the form on subcategories. If you set this parameter to No, the lead form will only be shown on the chosen parent categories.

DOCman

Enable notification on document view or download

You can select whether or not to send an email notification, with a link to the document, to users so that they are not asked to submit the lead form again when they view or download the same document.

Apply to all DOCMan categories

You can select whether or not to apply the lead form to all DOCman categories. If you set this parameter to No, remember to select the DOCman categories that you do want to show the lead form on.

Display on documents subcategories

You can select whether or not to display the form on subcategories. If you set this parameter to No, the lead form will only be shown on the chosen parent categories.
