Stock Images - Insert royalty free images from Unsplash

With Joomlatools Connect you can easily insert royalty free stock images from the Unsplash community into DOCman and TEXTman.

DOCman: Inserting an image into document 

1. From either the Documents or Categories screens of DOCman create a new document or category
2. In the Image panel select Web as the image source
3. Search Unsplash photos by topic
4. Choose a photo that you would like to use
5. Click Select to add the photo to your Document or Category

TEXTman: Inserting an image from into an article 

The process of ading an Unsplash image as your article's featured image via TEXTman is similar to the process of adding an image to a document or category in DOCman.

1. When you add a new article or edit an existing one select Web from the Featured image panel as the image source
2. Search Unsplash photos by topic
3. Choose a photo that you would like to use
4. Click Select to set the photo as the article's featured image.

Can I freely use these photos?

All photos published on Unsplash are licensed under  Creative Commons Zero which means you can copy, modify, distribute and use the photos for free, including commercial purposes, without asking permission from or providing attribution to the photographer or Unsplash.

How do I give credit?

Even though credit isn't required, Unsplash photographers appreciate a credit as it provides exposure to their work and encourages them to continue sharing. A credit can be as simple as adding their name with a link to their profile or photo: "Photo by  Jeremy Bishop on Unsplash"
